Jamie aka Scout, has been fascinated by the world of photography since she was a child. After growing up watching images come to life on film shot by her father, she turned her love for photography into a business.

Jamie now specializes in natural light photography and photo editing, which she says, enables her to reproduce exactly what she sees, giving her images a soft, lush quality. Her favorite time of day to shoot is what photographers refer to as - the golden hour. You can see these gorgeous rich colors in the majority of her images. In the past few years Jamie has loved doing senior shoots as you can see in the gallery of images.

Jamie, lives in Kyle, TX  with her husband and rescue dog Ollie. They enjoy life as empty nesters with an occasional kid living with them. She is an Adjunct Professor and a Training and Education Specialist at Texas State University.

These days, she can be found either dyeing yarn for her online shop finchmod or knitting when she's not working her job job!
